Product name:Conductive PP
Product model:Conductive Compound
Product brand:INCHR
Product description:Condutive Polypropylene (PP)
Electrically Conductive PP
ESD Protection
Conductive PP compounds are fully-formulated thermoplastic compounds that contain conductive carbon black or carbon nanotube to provide electrical conductivity in plastic end products. Conductive PP compounds contain carbon nanotube which offer an extremely high aspect ratio providing uniformly conductive surfaces with low loading at 5-8 %wt.Glass fiber reinforced and flame retardant available.
Conductive PP are used to protect against premature failure or damage due to electrostatic discharge in a variety of applications such as automotive fuel systems, electronic and electrical packaging and equipment, and other plastics applications.Main applications are for extrusion for conductive PP sheet ,conductive PP film.
We provide various of conductive PP compounds, these products can help customers meet specific electrical, rheological, and mechanical end product performance needs. Additionally, products are available for use in a various processing methods, including blown film extrusion, sheet and profile extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, and others.

Recommended extrusion process guidance for conductive PP:
*The conductive PP polymer generally absorbs 0.5%w / w atmospheric moisture. In order to obtain the best effect, it should be dried until the moisture is less than 0.02%w / w. Materials may be placed in an air circulating furnace for at least 90℃ for 3 hours or at 110℃ for 2 hours. If dried in a drying box, the thickness of the raw materials in the pallet shall not exceed 25mm and prevent contamination.Defoaming agent or desecant are recommended.
*The remaining material can be recycled and injected into the pure material. It is recommended that recycled materials without fillings should not exceed 10% of the total weight.
*Min. melt temperature 170°C;Max. melt temperature190°C.Do not exceed 190 melt temperature.
*Extrusion speed :slow speed. Please try as slow as possible at first if it has to be medium speed.
INCHR provides other conductive PP grades such as IC5001 ,IC5009 H ,CNT added type for ESD protection. For more information, please contact our technician via Email:mike@inchr-esd.com.
