The PS conductive compound is conductive polystyrene compound. Conventional colors are black and white, and can also be customized into other shapes according to user requirements. However, the minimum order quantity requirements for style sheets are relatively high, and the shape sheets can only be turned into 10E9-10E11. If required The total amount is small and the anti-static value requirements are high. PP and PS have many similarities. Like PS, neither the color sheet nor the original color can be made into an anti-static index of 9-11 times, and the shape of the sheet The minimum order quantity is quite high and is generally not recommended. PP is the most high-temperature resistant of all colors, with a heat distortion temperature of 80-120°C. Compared with the other three colors, PP material is softer.
PS Conductive compounds are fully-formulated thermoplastic compounds that contain conductive carbon black or carbon nanotube to provide electrical conductivity in conductive PS sheet or conductive PS film. Conductive PS compounds contain carbon nanotube which offer an extremely high aspect ratio providing uniformly conductive surfaces with low loading at 5-10 %wt. Flame retardant is available.
PS Conductive masterbatch is a black particle. This product uses Cabot carbon black as the functional additive, PS as the matrix resin, and is well dispersed with self-made coupling agents and dispersant. It is granulated through internal mixer and twin-screw extrusion. Can be used to prepare HIPS conductive injection molded products, plates, sheets and other products, with stable conductive properties.Adding a certain proportion can make the surface resistance of the sheet reach 10E7-10E8, and the surface resistance after thermoforming is 10E8-10E9.It has good compatibility with HIPS resin, high conductivity efficiency, the extruded board is dry and free of grease, and it can maintain good antistatic properties in low-humidity environments in winter.This product can be made into high-gloss white or black and colored products, and is suitable for anti-static outer layers of three-layer co-extruded products.

For high-quality conductive compound or conductive masterbatch, it is best to use the special conductive carbon black. Good conductive carbon black is the first choice factor. You can choose the appropriate conductive carbon black according to the specific application of the product. For example, for thin film applications, the dispersion and particle size of conductive carbon black are more critical, and thick-walled pipes are not suitable for conductive carbon black.
For general conductive masterbatch, linear polyethylene LLDPE with wider applicability is generally used, mainly in powder form,for example,you can choose 7042 resin as the carrier, which is beneficial to the dispersion and processing of special conductive carbon black. It is more suitable for extrusion, injection molding and blown film. After grafting, it can also be used for HIPS, ABS, PP, LDPE, HPE, etc. Special conductive masterbatch generally chooses a resin with a melt index similar to that of the plastic matrix resin as the carrier. It is best to choose a resin of the same system as the carrier.
