Conductive Concentrate & Masterbatch
Conductive masterbatch in polymer is a conductive compound formulated with carbon black ,carbon nanotubes or graphene to meet ESD protection requirements, and to achieve discharge electro-static and EMI shielding.
Carbon black is a particulate form of industrial carbon produced by thermal cracking or thermal decomposition of a hydro-carbon raw material. It always providing electrical conductivity to conductive masterbatch for ESD protection, carbon blacks function as a moderately low cost pigment, producing various shades of black on the end product. It can be compounded with a variety of carrier resins, such as PS ,PP,PE,POM ,PC,ABS and PA,to produce into the conductive compound.
Carbon Nanotube grade and graphene grade masterbatch can be used in high purity applications and have virtually no effect on shrinkage or mechanical properties compare to carbon black type conductive masterbatch.

INCHR@conductive masterbatch is very suitable for dust-free and low electrostatic requirements, such as the electronics industry, medical factories.Compared with conventional antistatic special materials.INCHR@conductive masterbatch has obvious advantages of the antistatic coating method that can easily disappear after forming: the antistatic characteristic is the inherent characteristic of the material. From making to scrap, it always has antistatic characteristics, which can avoid the secondary processing of expensive and time-consuming antistatic agent coating. Moreover, compared with the antistatic agents that rely on humidity for the first effect,INCHR@conductive masterbatch still have the antistatic function at a very low relative humidity! In some applications, ordinary antistatic agents will disappear because of the movement of parts, detergent cleaning, or evaporation, and therefore lose the antistatic function, and INCHR@conductive masterbatch can overcome these application problems.
Every INCHR@conductive masterbatch has recommended extrusion temperatures, pre-drying needed, don't need to add an anti-block additive at all.and will not leave an abrasive effect on steel,or on the die and the cylinder.Next:LLDPE 100H AN
